HIMALAYA builds custom Land Rover Defender and Series restorations from the ground up in Charleston, South Carolina. Each vehicle begins as a vintage Land Rover and is re-engineered with modern drivetrains, upgraded chassis systems, refined interiors, and precision craftsmanship — all manufactured in the USA.
We specialize in custom Defender 90, Defender 110, and Land Rover Series IIA/III 88 and 109 builds. Every truck is built to order for clients who value timeless design, mechanical integrity, and long-term durability. From LS-powered Series IIA restorations with modern reliability to heritage-correct Defender 110 trucks for island cruising, our builds are engineered for daily driving while preserving the spirit of the original vehicle.
