This truck stands as a testament to Land Rover’s timeless dedication to automotive excellence. The truck was built in 1983 and was part of the Camel Trophy Italian team that went on to win the 1984 race held in Brazil. Sandro Damiani and Giancarlo Barocelli of Italy drove this truck in the historic race almost 35 years ago. Today, the truck is fully operational with the 41,000 miles on the original engine and transmission and could still trek across the Trans-Amazonian highway, but will probably be best served as a showroom or collection center piece as a true representation of Land Rover’s ability to drive to the end of the world and back. The original Italian title is registered to Sandro Damiani and has since been translated into an American title ready to be signed over. A certified copy of the factory record, as well as the original Italian title with a ‘souvenir designation’ will be included. Call or email us today to find out more about this true one-off vehicle!
